Our Story

The Writer's Manger Network was birthed in April 2020 during the popular COVID-19 outbreak. During the lockdown, the Founder's desire for poetry led to his desire to organize an online competition for poets which was originally meant to be a one-time event.

However, while in a meeting with his mentor, Barrister Solomon Nice, the idea took a new shape after being advised to register a Foundation and give the group a corporate identity.

Etimbuk Inyang didn't allow the words of his mentor to fall to the ground, he sprang into action which in return gave birth to a platform for creatives. An organized structure was set, and the group was publicized for readers and writers to join.

Today, The Writer's Manger Network continues to grow, providing opportunities for writers and readers to develop their skills, connect with like-minded individuals, and make a positive impact through the power of creative writing and literacy.
